Dru Burr, PE
Raised on the Double Mule Shoe ranch in Albany County, Dru learned early how to work hard, ride horses, and show steers in 4H. As a kid, he dammed up creeks to study water flow and built treehouses with his grandpa. That early fascination led him straight from Laramie High School (2011) to the University of Wyoming for his degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in water resources.
Now 15 years later, Dru holds his Professional Engineer stamp and continues his passion for practical, highly efficient water resources engineering through Burr Co.

TJ Burr
TJ Burr grew up baling hay, irrigating fields, and playing in creeks near Brighton, Colorado. After high school, he served in the United States Marine Corps and later the Air Force before earning his civil engineering degree at the University of Wyoming, where he spent weekends exploring caves and climbing 14ers.
Following a distinguished government career with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in stream restoration, river erosion control, flood mitigation, and small dam design, TJ brings over 40 years of engineering wisdom to evaluate flood risk for local businesses and homeowners.
